Judah Mogasoa’s experience in the industry spans 14 years and he holds a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Judah was personally trained by Dr. Miles Munroe and consulted for the International Third World Leaders Association. His passion for people development lead him to become the Chairperson if the Black Management Forum in North West Province.

Rina Steynberg is a business consultant with 21 years experience in the human sciences field, with a specific focus on psychometrics, change management, project management, neuro-coaching, training, culture transitioning and business improvement. Rina holds a doctorate degree (DCOM) in Leadership and Change with specialisation in mergers and acquisitions.
Her ability to design process interventions to address client needs and integrate resources accordingly has made her project lead of many projects in countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and Zambia. Charmaine Horn holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. She has more than a decade experience in Culture and Behaviour Transformation, specializing inter alia in Safety Climate assessments and interventions in the Petrochemical and Mining industries.
Charmaine is passionate about creating optimal performance (safety and otherwise), by supporting individuals, teams and leaders to create a healthy, constructive and high performing culture.

After 20 years with Sasol Mining he is a specialist in Organisational and Individual Development as well as Risk and Safety Management. In addition he has 4 years experience in the private sector at a safety risk management company, managing the Human Risk division.
