Marius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science as well as a BA Hons, and has completed the Advanced Programme in Labour Relations (OPAB). After 20 years with Sasol Mining he is a specialist in Organisational and Individual Development as well as Risk and Safety Management. In addition he has 4 years experience in the private sector at a safety risk management company, managing the Human Risk division. His capabilities include strategy and tactical design, business performance improvement and safety leadership.
