Michael O’Brien

As a founder member of Star Performance Group, Consultant and Executive Coach, Michael O’Brien unravels the complexities of organizations into easy to understand interrelationships. Michael’s diverse background in finance, economics and human behavior enable him to take the seemingly unpredictable relationship side of business and make it tangible and manageable.

This clear understanding of corporate culture has allowed Michael to lead some of the world’s top companies to new perspectives of their strengths and challenges. Many consulting and client organisations seek him out for his expertise in organisational culture, leadership, team work, creative problem solving, facilitation and measurement.

Linsey Stephan

Linsey is the Co-Founder of Star Performance Group, Africa along with Michael O Brien.

As an Organizational Capital Consultant, Linsey’s consulting life allows her to spend her time in Africa working with organisations who have the need to align their strategic imperatives to achieve sustainable high-performance within a constructive organisational culture.

Her key skill lies in facilitating Organisational Culture Improvement at an Organisation, Team, Leadership and Personal level.

Greig Wegerle

GreigGreig obtained his Bachelors degree in psychology from The University of Johannesburg (RAU), and has further studied various disciplines of cognitive and neuroscience.

He has worked with organisations in diverse sectors, including Banking, Finance and Insurance, Mining,  the Motor industry, Construction, Sport, Government and NGO’s.

Greig coaches leaders and teams to activate their full potential. A highly devoted family man, entrepreneur, sportsman, musician, and passionate Christian.

Gavin Mardon 

GavinOrganisational   development   consultant,  Culture   Change   Specialist,   Facilitator and  Coach.  Gavin has an extensive  background  in  Organisational  Development processes  with  15  years  of  Organisational  Change experience,  having  served  as  a  Project  Director, Facilitator  and  Facilitator  Trainer  for  The  Pacific  Institute SA  (Pty)  Ltd.    More  recently  an  in-depth  involvement  in the  implementation  of  the  systems,  processes  and products  of  Star  Performance  Group  utilizing  a  specialist knowledge  of  the  Human  Synergistics  International developmental  diagnostics.

Marius Serfontein

Marius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science as well as a BA Hons, and has completed the Advanced Programme in Labour Relations (OPAB). After 20 years with Sasol Mining he is a specialist in Organisational and Individual Development as well as Risk and Safety Management.  In addition he has 4 years experience in the private sector at a safety risk management company, managing the Human Risk division. His capabilities include strategy and tactical design, business performance improvement and safety leadership. 


Heidi Haasbroek

HeidiHeidi has a passion for assisting and supporting the Star Performance Group, Strategic Partners and Clients toward achieving their project based goals and outcomes.

With her ‘can do’ attitude, attention to detail and strong focus on customer service she ensures that all projects are implemented successfully.
