Achievement is an important phase in the Star Performance Group’s process. It is at this point where one goes beyond the feeling of having changed, to actually measuring the movement toward goals and objectives.
Utilising data and trends from the assessments/diagnostics used to re-measure the areas that have changed are identified with in a 12-18 month timeframe. These areas of change deserve acknowledgement and celebration and, in turn the feedback on those initiatives that are working and those, which are not give momentum to the next developmental steps that need to take place.
The key to Achievement is not to just measure success but, to refocus and establish new goals.
