Michael O’Brien

As a consultant and executive coach Michael O’Brien unravels the complexities of organizations into easy to understand interrelationships. Michael’s diverse background in finance, economics and human behavior enable him to take the seemingly unpredictable relationship side of business and make it tangible and manageable. This clear understanding of corporate cultures has allowed Michael to lead some of the world’s top companies to new perspectives of their strengths and of their challenges.

Michael has leveraged this gift of discernment by establishing strategic relationships with consulting organizations around the world, as their culture and leadership expert. Michael holds a Honors Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Linsey Stephan

Linsey Stephan, a qualified teacher, has a Post- Graduate qualification in Human Resource Development and has 12 years experience in the field.  This experience has equipped her to focus on the people-related side of organisational transformation, vital, yet often forgotten as a key ingredient for successful organisational process re-engineering and change initiatives.

Linsey Stephan spends her time in Africa working with organisation’s who have a need to align their strategic imperatives to achieve sustainable high-performance within a Constructive organisational culture.

Greig Wegerle

Greig obtained his Bachelors degree in psychology from The University of Johannesburg (RAU), and has further studied various disciplines of cognitive and neuroscience. He has worked with organisations in diverse sectors, including Banking, Finance and Insurance, Mining,  the Motor industry, Construction, Sport, Government and NGO’s.

Greig coaches leaders and teams to activate their full potential. A highly devoted family man, entrepreneur, sportsman, musician, and passionate Christian.

Gavin Mardon 

Organisational   development   consultant,  Culture   Change   Specialist,   Facilitator and  Coach.  Gavin has an extensive  background  in  Organisational  Development processes  with  15  years  of  Organisational  Change experience,  having  served  as  a  Project  Director, Facilitator  and  Facilitator  Trainer  for  The  Pacific  Institute SA  (Pty)  Ltd.   

He  implements  the  systems,  processes  and products  of  Star  Performance  Group  utilizing  a  specialist knowledge  of  the  Human  Synergistics  International developmental  diagnostics.
